3D Floor Plan Rendering Prices

The price of rendering generally depends on the size of the object being rendered. Larger properties take more time to create a 3D model, add furniture, vegetation, and surroundings, and set up photorealistic lighting and materials.

The examples provided are intended to give you an understanding of our price ranges for projects of various sizes and should be used as a reference only. We can provide an accurate cost estimate once we have reviewed your project.

Discount terms.

If you plan to order more than 5 floor plans and want to get a discount, we propose the following production terms:

1) Floor plans from 1 to 5 cost $700 per image and include our standard 2 rounds of revisions - at this stage we approve the furniture, finishes and overall look of the images;

2) Floor plans from 6 and above will be produced based on the approved 5 floor plans (may include slight variations in furniture and decor colors for diversity) and delivered without any corrections.
