Yes, and it is usually the first document we sign. If you have your own template, we work with that; if not, we send ours. Whether or not there is a formal NDA, every project is treated as confidential: the work stays out of our portfolio and social media, and the files carry no trace of our studio.

Our main stack is 3ds Max with Corona Renderer, iToo Forest Pack and RailClone, with Photoshop and After Effects for post-production. On the input side we take models from any 3D, CAD or BIM package your architects work in - Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, AutoCAD - and the finals come in the resolution and format you specify.

Yes, at no extra cost. If your process calls for the working files - the 3ds Max scenes, the layered post-production files - we deliver them together with the renderings. Many agencies keep the scenes for future updates of the same project, and we are used to following a client's file naming and delivery standards.

The images are made in 3D. Every building and interior is modelled, textured and lit in a full 3D scene, which is what makes the result exact to the design, consistent from one view to the next and easy to revise when the project changes.

AI comes in at the stage where it saves time without taking away control: people and details in post-production, and motion in video, always on top of the rendered scene. Everything your client sees is built on real geometry and the materials specified in the project.

We do not offer free test projects. The quality of our work is exactly what you see in our portfolio and in what our clients say about us. If you would like to test the fit before committing to a larger job, a small paid project - a single view or two - is a good way to start, and it runs like any other project.

A set of a few exteriors and interiors usually takes about a month from brief to finals; most of that time is review on the client side, and the schedule is agreed before we start, so it holds.

A typical project looks like this. In practice we adapt the steps to each job and to the way your team is set up:

1. Brief You send the source material: drawings or a model, references, the list of views. We come back with a quote and a start date.

2. First preview This is the stage we spend the most time on. We bring the first preview to a point where it already looks about 70% finished - in about a week, a little longer when we build the model from drawings.

3. Two rounds of revisions Both are included in the price. Each round takes three to five working days depending on the number of images.

4. Final delivery Full-resolution images in the format you need, ready to pass on. Source files on request.

That is a common way to work with us: many partners keep some of the views in-house and send us the rest, or bring us in for one type of work only.

Interiors are where we are strongest - both reproducing a designer's scheme in every detail and creating an interior from a floor plan when there is no design yet. Exteriors, 3D floor plans and virtual staging are a regular part of our work as well.

Write to us with a short description of the project and attach whatever helps us judge the scope: the list of views, drawings or a model, images of the project (even screenshots from the architect's model will do), a few references.
